Building on the results of UNESCO’s ongoing training to security forces and the expertise of UNESCO in freedom of expression and rule of law, the Organization is looking to develop an e-learning module, available on a website and /or (if possible) web app format, that will allow police officers all over the world to raise their understanding and capacities about freedom of expression applied to their professional duties.
