Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The Ministry of Social Affairs (MoSA) launched its ministerial strategy focusing on three main areas of interventions, namely Social Assistance, Social Services, and Economic Inclusion and Local Development, all aligned with the NSPS. In order to support the MOSA’s technical capacity, policy design and development and implementation oversight, the ILO is seeking a Senior Economic Advisor capable of providing MOSA technical guidance, ensuring evidence-based policy design, rigorous economic and fiscal analysis, and the integration of innovative international practices, in line with international labour and social security standards and principles In case travel is required, the ILO is responsible to cover the travel costs.
