Full technical requirements and administrative instructions will be provided with the solicitation document to be issued at a later stage after the closing date for this EOI. However, it should be noted that the goods are being sold on an “as-is, where-is” basis, and without recourse or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 4.
