RFQ-2025-04 International Consultant for review and update of Cambodia’s HIV Sustainability Roadmap 2023-2029. The purpose of this RFQ is to select suitable supplier for the procurement of International Consultant for review and update of Cambodia’s HIV Sustainability Roadmap 2023-2029, with 25 days assignment between March and May 2025. The specific objectives include: -map the areas, risks and mitigating actions identified in the Cambodia’s Sustainability Roadmap with domains and sub-domains of HIV response sustainability in the HIV Response Sustainability Roadmap — Part A — Companion Guide -conduct a rapid assessment using the sustainability assessment tool and identify gaps of the Cambodia’s Sustainability Roadmap which would be beneficial to be addressed in the updated sustainability roadmap guidance -get consensus among stakeholders on areas which update will be required or what areas need to be added for the Cambodia’s Sustainability Roadmap, with consideration of linkages and integration with broader sustainability planning of other health programmes. iv. update the Cambodia’s Sustainability Roadmap with updated risks, mitigation actions, metrics (M&E plan) and timeline covering all areas agreed among key stakeholders.
