I. Background and purpose The International Labour Organization (ILO), in collaboration with national partners, is implementing the Project "Enabling workplace compliance and sectoral practices towards more sustainable electronics supply chain in Viet Nam" (Responsible Electronics). The initiative aims to accelerate achievements and better respond to the needs of the industry, ILO social partners and enterprises while promoting decent work and sustainable economic growth within Viet Nam’s dynamic electronics industry. Within the framework of the Responsible Electronics Project, ILO seeks to engage a service provider to develop the layout and print the ILO’s The future of work in the electronics industry in the Vietnamese language (referred to as the Report hereinafter). The Report serves as a basis for dialogue on actions that can be taken to ensure a future that works for all in the electronics industry in Viet Nam. II. Scope of work In coordination and consultation with the ILO’s National Project Coordinator of the Project and the Communication Officer of CO Hanoi, the service provider is expected to produce the layout and print 100 copies of the ILO’s Report The future of work in the electronics industry. The service provider is required to refer to the ILO branding guide (Brand Hub - Guidelines) and ensure that the publication strictly follows all the branding specifications of the ILO. III. Detailed tasks 1. Develop the Layout of the ILO’s Report “The future of work in the electronics industry” in Vietnamese, following the existing English layout developed by the ILO. The layout is subject to further review and inputs from the ILO for finalization. 2. Print 100 copies of the Report with the following qualifications Number of Pages: ~60 pages Paper size: A4 Printing style: Offset 04 colours Cover Paper: Matte C300gsm Body pages: Couche mat 120gsm Binding: perfect binding IV. Expected deliverables and timelines 1. Layout of the Report in PDF format for website; 2. Layout of the Report in InDesign format (or equivalent) for printing; 3. 100 printed copies of the Report. The deliverables shall be delivered to the ILO Office in Hanoi on/before 15 March 2026. V. Payment terms The payment up to 100% of the contract value shall be made upon completion of the required tasks and submission of relevant outputs, a delivery notes and an invoice to the satisfaction of the ILO.
