UNDP Zambia seeks the services of a national consulting firm to Design, develop, test, and deploy a comprehensive Mental Health Digital Platform. The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the World Health Organization (WHO) and the United Nations Children Fund (UNICEF) are jointly implementing a project titled: Enhancing Youth Health through Governance and Policy for NCD and Mental Health Prevention. The project is being implemented in collaboration with the Ministry of Health (MOH). The project aims to reduce the exposure of Zambia’s adolescents and youth to risk factors for Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) and strengthen access to youth-responsive mental health services. The objective of this assignment is to design, develop, test, and deploy a secure, youth-trusted, and sustainable digital mental health platform (mobile application and website) for adolescents and young people in Zambia.Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
