A.Background: The United Nations World Food Programme hereinafter referred to as the “WFP”, which is represented in South Sudan by an Office located in Jebel Kujur, Juba, is the leading humanitarian organization saving lives and changing lives, delivering food assistance in emergencies and working with communities to improve nutrition and build resilience by assisting almost 100 million people in around 83 countries each year. The WFP South Sudan seeks to pre-qualify reputable suppliers/vendors for selected categories of goods and services which may be required for its food assistance Programme in South Sudan. WFP invites eligible suppliers to express their interest in providing the selected categories of goods and services. B.The Purpose of this Request for EOI: 4. The purpose of this request for EOI is to identify suppliers with verified technical and financial capacity to provide the selected categories of goods and services. Eligible suppliers will be pre-qualified for the WFP South Sudan roster of suppliers and can be invited to participate in the future bidding processes when WFP South Sudan intends to purchase goods and services from the selected categories. 5. The list of selected categories of goods and services is presented below: No. Category Description: 1 - Petroleum products and equipment supplies 2 - Office cleaning, building maintenance/repairs 3 - Office stationery and equipment supplies 4 - Office and home furnishings/furniture supplies 5 - Vehicles parts and consumables supplies 6 - Warehouse storage and handling tools, equipment, and materials 7 - Telecom and IT supplies and services 8 - Office equipment maintenance/ repairs (copiers, printers, scanners, ACs.) 9 - Vehicles workshop tools and consumables 10 - Vehicle hire services 11 - Printery services 12 - Electrical materials supplies and services 13 - Plumbing materials supplies and services 14 - Carpentry materials supplies and services 15 - Bottled/Packaged drinking water supplies 16 - International/local courier services 17 - Outsourced human resources/manpower services 18 - Insurance services 19 - Generator maintenance/repairs supplies and services 20 - Fire-fighting equipment supplies and services   6. Eligibility to be pre-qualified will be determined based on meeting the minimum requirements set forth by WFP South Sudan. 7. After the deadline for submission of responses has passed, WFP will evaluate responses received and will notify eligible participants of the outcome of the pre-qualification.
