The objective of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish Long Term Agreements (hereinafter “LTA” or “LTAs”) with one or two temporary work agencies (hereinafter “Contractor” or “Contractors”) for the provision of temporary staffing services. Temporary personnel/agency workers are hired by WIPO to (a) provide temporary cover for functions corresponding to generic tasks (e.g. secretarial or administrative tasks) within the context of a temporary peak in workload; (b) provide temporary support in the event of lengthy absences of staff members; (c) provide temporary support at a professional level where the market offers access to certain skills through a temporary employment agency; or (d) access interim management skills for senior management. The requirements may include technical, secretarial and administrative support, including the provision of human resources for back-office work and, in addition, more expert and technically qualified and/or specialized resources that are described by their profiles. These are separated into categories and each profile has three levels. Profile requirements vary depending on the category of work and level.
