The WHO Regional Committee for the Western Pacific is the most significant event in our annual calendar. With this year’s face-to-face format, effectively communicating the event’s key moments provides greater opportunities for impactful communications, including materials and products. To support the event, the Communications Unit (COM) of the WHO Regional Office for the Western Pacific is seeking the services of an external supplier who will provide three photographers and three videographers to deliver professional photography and video services. The selected supplier must either be based in Fiji or be able to travel and work on-site in Nadi for the full duration of the event, from 19 to 24 October 2025. The selected supplier is also expected to attend pre-meetings (online and on-site) prior to the main event and to deliver post-meeting products. The seventy-sixth session of the WHO Regional Committee for the Western Pacific (RCM76) will take place in Nadi, Fiji, from 20 to 24 October 2025. This year’s session will be held in- person, with representatives from Member States, senior WHO officials, and core Secretariat members attending on-site in Fiji. Additional delegates will join the meeting virtually via videoconference. RCM76 serves as a key occasion to gather high-level Member State representatives for in-depth, face-to-face discussions.
