To achieve cost efficiency whilst ensuring outstanding quality of service, UNHCR is seeking to enter into a Frame Agreement (FA) for F2F donor acquisition services with specialized agencies. The frame agreement will be signed for the initial period of 17 months and will be extended at the sole discretion of UNHCR for an additional period of two (2) times 12 months, subject to satisfactory services: First phase: from 1st of August 2026 to 31st of December 2027 (17-month) Second phase: from 1st of January 2028 to 31st of December 2028 (12-month) Third phase: from 1st of January 2029 to 31st of December 2029 (12-month)
