The purpose of the assignment is to design and develop a digital comic book primarily targeted for communities, especially the youth in Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Timor-Leste and Vanuatu. The comic book is aimed at raising awareness and educating the communities on key topics related to the Pacific Green Transformation Project to ultimately inspire actions towards a behavioral change. Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide.
