The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), in collaboration with the Barcelona City Council, is seeking a qualified service provider with proven expertise in artificial intelligence, data processing, and social innovation to support the implementation of the “Rehabilitation as a Service (RaaS)” project. This initiative, a finalist in the 2025 Global Mayors Challenge, aims to improve housing conditions for vulnerable populations through a comprehensive model that integrates innovative financing, social support, and a digital platform. The selected provider will co-design and deliver a participatory process report, a technological strategy, a functional prototype, and a pilot implementation, culminating in the preparation of a final application for the Mayors Challenge.
