The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), intends to pre-qualify a group of organizations in a timely manner, and potentially solicit proposals from them shortly thereafter. FAO seeks to engage a qualified Service Provider (SP) to undertake a comprehensive value chain assessment and market research for premium tilapia in the Philippines. The SP will work under the overall guidance of the National Food Security and Nutrition Specialist and the National Fisheries and Aquaculture Specialist.
