The grant has provided funds for the new construction of the TB Laboratory at Kassala Teaching Hospital to Biosafety Level III (BSL-III) standards. UNDP hereby invites qualified contractors to submit quotations for the civil works as described in the Scope of Work (SOW) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ), in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements outlined in this Invitation to Bid (ITB).   UNDP hereby invites qualified contractors to submit quotations for the civil works as described in the Scope of Work (SOW) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ), in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements outlined in this Invitation to Bid (ITB). A pre-bid conference will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams on 16 September 2025 at 10:00 AM (Sudan local time). Interested bidders are encouraged to attend. A site visit will be organized at Kassala Teaching Hospital on 09 September 2025 at 10:00 AM (Sudan local time) at Kassala Teaching Hospital. While attendance is not mandatory, bidders who submit offers will be deemed to have understood the site conditions and absorbed all related risks and costs. The expected contract award and commencement date is 19 October 2025. The contract will be awarded to one bidder only as a Contract for Works.
