Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake an assignment as an external collaborator. Please find below a summary of the tasks to be carried out: The consultant will serve as a senior expert in employment and activation services to support the Ministry of Labour in Jordan under the Youth NEET programme. The assignment will focus on conducting a targeted mapping and diagnostic of employment and activation services in selected pilot locations, structuring a simple NEET service flow, and developing practical operational tools, including a service directory, NEET profiles, and referral guidance. The consultant will also support the pilot implementation of these tools and document lessons learned to inform gradual strengthening and scaling of NEET services. The assignment will adopt a pragmatic and operational approach, building on existing systems and initiatives, and strengthening the use of available data for outreach, targeting, and referral.
