UNICEF Viet Nam is looking to engage the services of an international institution to provide a series of capacity building activities aimed at equipping frontline workers, including child protection social workers, mental health practitioners, school counsellors, and police officers with the required knowledge, skills and resources to effectively deliver trauma-informed interventions for child victims of violence and abuse and children traumatized by natural disasters, in an inter-agency coordinated manner, preventing them from secondary trauma as well as strengthening their resilience and ability to recover from the traumatic experiences.
