Site visit: A mandatory site visit should be conducted by the bidders to the video wall location , A certificate of site visit issued by the respective institution is mandatory with the tender submission to confirm the tenderer's understanding of site-specific requirements, this should be shared along with the proposal documents. Details of the site visit (Date, time & Focal person informations) will be shared later. Notes: - 1-UNICEF has the right to split the award based on price, quality and or lead time. 2-partial financial proposal is Not permitted. 3-Any of the received offers #valid offers# will be neglected in case we will not receive the photos, brochures  and/or all supporting documents.               - Please be informed that as per UNICEF’s standing Policy on e-mail transmission, e-mails over 4 MB in size are automatically rejected. Therefore, Vendors are encouraged to send their respective e-mail Bid in divided volumes and marked accordingly. Also, Vendors are encouraged to send their e-mail Bid at least 24 hours before the designated closing time to avoid any potential delay in the submission and hence, consequent rejection. Regards,
