Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The objective of the consultancy service is to assist the ILO Project team in the evaluation, coordination, monitoring and commissioning of the renovation/reconstruction works in the assigned offices in Cimislia district and Chisinau city. In this context the consultant will be responsible to submit the following deliverables to the satisfaction of the ILO: •Technical supervision of both Ministry of Labour and Social Protection offices (State Labour Inspectorate office-in Chisinau and National Employment Agency - in Cimislia). •Collecting the implementation documentation to be submitted to the beneficiary. •Assist the project beneficiaries in building up of the preliminary commissioning committee. •Assist in final project transfer, supervision of correct documentation of preliminary receipts for all vendors. Ensure the compliance with all procedures of object completion stage. Please note that if travel is not required for this assignment.
