Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The International Labour Office (ILO) is seeking an external collaborator certified as an ILO Master Trainer to prepare, deliver and follow up on a Training of Trainers on selected ILO care cooperative development tools, including Think.CareCOOP (online) and Start.CareCOOP (in person) in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The assignment aims to strengthen the capacity of [government/national institution] and relevant supporting actors to offer care cooperative development training and support services in a systematic, sustainable and scalable manner. The work will include preparation of the ToT methodology and materials, support to the selection of trainer candidates, delivery of the ToT for up to 25 participants, post-ToT coaching and monitoring of initial roll-out activities where included in the assignment, and final assessment of trainers for certification purposes. The external collaborator will work in close coordination with the ILO DWT/CO for Eastern Europe and Central Asia, the ILO Tashkent Office, the Ministry of Employment and Poverty Reduction, the National Agency for Social Protection and the ILO COOP/SSE Unit. Expected outputs include a ToT preparation package, trainer selection support package, ToT workshop report, coaching and monitoring report where applicable, and final trainer assessment and certification support report.
