UNESCO invites qualified national and international contractors to submit bids for the Reconstruction and Rehabilitation of Hammam Al Qala, a historic Ottoman-period bathhouse located in the Old City of Mosul, Iraq. The works include structural stabilization, conservation of historic masonry and finishes, repair of domes and arches, targeted architectural restoration, and full MEP rehabilitation within the heritage fabric. The project also includes the construction of a new single-storey addition on the east side, site development, landscaping, and improvement of pedestrian access. Contractors will be required to implement the works in accordance with the approved Technical Drawings, Bills of Quantities, Technical Specifications, and Quality Control Plan, following international conservation standards. The project has a duration of 12 months from the date of contract commencement. A mandatory site visit will take place as indicated in the solicitation documents. Partial bids are not accepted
