WHO is seeking for a qualified, eligible and competent proposer for the  Technical Assistance to Support Department of Health Implementation and National Scale-up of the Facility Readiness and Essential Services Availability Assessment and Reporting (FRESAAR) Digital Application for Adolescent Health under the Joint Programme on Accelerating the Reduction of Adolescent Pregnancy (JPARAP), with continued implementation in Eastern Visayas (including Southern Leyte and Samar) and support to DOH-led expansion to selected sites.
