AUDIOVIDEO SERVICES AT THE UN TURIN CAMPUS The Contract has the following purpose:  Management of conference services, audiovisual support, meeting assistance, and multimedia/online training. Management and support of audio, video, and/or streaming processes. Routine and scheduled maintenance of all related equipment owned by the Centre.  The services provided shall be delivered regardless of the nature of the events, whether organized directly by ITCILO and/or provided to third parties of any kind.  The described services will be performed under the supervision of a Service Coordinator, appointed directly by the Centre and external to the Contractor's organizational structure.  The contract includes outbound BPO labor support. This agreement covers a minimum of 700 annual activities requiring assistance and will be compensated at a fixed price, without any cost increase resulting from the addition of extra labor.
