The Procurement Unit (PU) of the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV), representing the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), is inviting qualified suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest (EoI) for the provision and supply of maritime assets to support operations at sea. Key Points: • Purpose: This EoI is intended to identify qualified vendors interested in participating in the solicitation process. It is not a request for a bid or proposal. • Who Can Apply: Global Suppliers. • Scope: of requirement: This procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 1: Rigid Hull Inflatable Boats (RHIBs) - Length: 7.5–8.5 meters - Twin 140–200 HP outboard engines - Navigation, radar, and communication systems - Safety equipment, trailer, and accessories - One-week in-country maintainer training for 12 personnel Lot 2: Patrol Boats (PBs) - Length: 10–15 meters; Displacement: 10–12 tons - Twin 250–325 HP outboard or 450–550 HP inboard diesel engines - Integrated Bridge System (IBS), radar, AIS, GPS, INS, SatCom - Surveillance and sensor systems - Safety equipment, life raft, and onboard power systems - One-week in-country maintainer training for 12 personnel Bidders may express interest in either or both lots. . • Submission Requirements: Interested vendors must complete and submit the attached Vendor Response Form, including their UNGM Vendor Registration Number. • Selection Process: UNOV will review the EoIs to select vendors for the competitive bidding process. Submission of an EoI does not guarantee an invitation to bid. • UNOV Rights: UNOV reserves the right to modify or cancel any part of this requirement at any stage of the EoI or solicitation process.
