It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (ICC) located in The Hague, The Netherlands, will shortly be issuing a solicitation for the provision of building scripts and or configuring migration tool and migrate in-scope structure and non-administrative content from RM 8.3 to OpenText Documentum. In this connection, the ICC is requesting expression of interest from qualified firms. Description Build a script or configure migration tool to migrate final version of records, its structure, metadata and access/ permissions into new enterprise content management (ECM) systems Support data checks and migration validation by generating pre- and post-migration reports Fix migration script/ tool issues resulting from user testing Recommend plan for migration cutover activities including data freeze approach Perform migration in production environment and obtain business sign-off Support and handover to ICC team (assume 4 weeks of support period) Selection criteria concerning the resources that the vendor will provide to the ICC: At least 5 years’ content migration experience preferably with one or more of the relevant ICC systems such as RM v8.3, OpenText Documentum or above; At least 3 years’ experience in content migration for international organisations or multinationals with sensitive data; Bachelor’s degree is desirable; Previous similar experience and client references. _________________________________________________________________________________________ Interested firms/organizations should forward their Expression of Interest by e-mail to [email protected]  Please use the attached form.
