The World Trade Organization will soon launch a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the provision of fully managed Service Centre services. The objective of this RFP is to engage a qualified provider capable of delivering comprehensive support across our IT Service Centre operations, with a strong focus on service quality, scalability, and innovation.
