Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: 1) Conduct desk research and synthesize existing literature, policy documents and outcomes of regional dialogues on regular labour migration pathways in Southeast Asia 2) Draft and revise an issue brief highlighting key trends, challenges, opportunities and policy recommendations, incorporating feedback from the ILO and IOM 3) Submit a final version of the issue brief (maximum 20 pages), including an executive summary, references and annexes by 30 September 2025 4) Prepare a PowerPoint presentation (maximum 20 slides) summarizing the key findings of the issue brief. Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.
