The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), PSP Netherlands and PSP Denmark, invites qualified suppliers and service providers to make a firm offer for the establishment of Frame Agreement for the provision of fundraising database marketing services. The proposed frame agreement is for 12 months, with possible extensions of further period of two times 12 months; in total a 3-year agreement, subject to satisfactory services. The successful bidders will be requested to maintain their quoted price model for the duration of agreement. To set the program in a more sustainable way, PSP Netherlands and Denmark are planning to appoint a primary and a back-up. Please refer to Annex A - ToR for further details.
