UNDP in collaboration with Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) would like to hire a Lead IT Developer who will support RRA  as this institution is transitioning its core domestic tax systems from a monolithic architecture to a modern microservices-based architecture to improve system performance, scalability, integration capabilities, and maintainability.
