Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) Country Office for Nepal is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator (National Consultant). Below is a summary of the work to be performed: • Design and deliver training sessions to strengthen NAFEA members’ capacity on fair recruitment and due diligence. • Provide mentorship to selected recruitment agencies to promote and adhere with fair recruitment practices and facilitate peer learning-sharing. • Monitor implementation of planned activities with NAFEA and provide recommendations for improvement and sustainability. Submit Final report including outcomes, lessons learned, challenges, best practices, success stories and actionable recommendations for further improvement, scaling, sustainability, and future programming. The assignment will be conducted in close coordination with the Nepal Association of Foreign Employment Agencies (NAFEA).
