Country:   Bangladesh Description of the Assignment:  The IC will provide advisory support to the IBFCR II and GCCF III projects of the UNDP in designing the key outputs, coordinating with the key stakeholders and conducting background research. The consultant will review UNDP’s guidelines and framework on climate inclusive Public Financial Management, formulate relevant documents for the Government of Bangladesh (GoB) to capture a comprehensive mapping of existing policies, plans and guidelines for producing climate relevant materials.    Period of assignment/ services : 30 May – 31 December 2025 Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
