UNDP is seeking a qualified service provider legally established in Ecuador to conduct a comprehensive study on drinking water consumption habits in Cuenca. The selected provider will support the implementation of the AquaSmart project—one of the finalists of the 2025 Mayors Challenge—by designing and executing surveys, manual water consumption readings, and focus groups.
