The OSCE Secretariat plans to purchase specialized K9 transportation vehicles for donation to Ukrainian law enforcement authorities. Delivery to Kyiv, Ukraine. Bidders are requested to supply the suitable new transportation vans and provide the required customizations to deliver the final solution.
