The objective of this External Collaboration contract is to engage a consultant to conduct a gap analysis of the Tuvalu’s legislative framework around the Forced Labour Convention, 1930 (No. 29). The outcome will identify gaps and areas where Tuvalu may address to move towards consistency with international labour standards.
