UNV is seeking a creative producer to design and produce a series of short AI-generated explainer videos focused on key development themes in West and Central Africa. The goal is to deliver engaging, thematic, narrative-driven videos that combine animation, AI-enhanced storytelling, and real imagery from the region to inform, educate, and mobilize partners and the public. The videos will support UNV’s strategic outreach and advocacy by showcasing the impact of volunteers in the context of broader development challenges. Scope of Work The selected consultant will co-design and produce a package of five (5) short explainer videos (1– 3 minutes each), each centered on a strategic development theme, such as climate resilience, food security, youth engagement, displacement, or peacebuilding. Each video should: • Present a clear narrative structure rooted in regional realities, using cinematic storytelling. • Combine animated or AI-generated elements with real images or footage (to be provided or sourced collaboratively). • Include voiceover, sound design, subtitles, and branding elements aligned with UNV and UN standards. • Integrate UN Volunteers contribution subtly, positioning them as enablers within the broader development ecosystem. Individual ConsultancyCountry:   NigeriaDuty Station:  Home Based Description of the Assignment:  4 months Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
