This consultancy will support the ILO project "Building Responsible Value Chainsin Asia through the Promotion of Decent Work in Business Operations Phase II (RVC Project)". This consultancy will support training and capacity building work for ILO’s tripartite constituents, especially government and trade unions as well as some ad hoc support for the project training related activities and documents. As this consultancy includes some work that would be determined with the constituents and other relevant stakeholders, where applicable, the deliverables might be adjusted depending on their needs and requirement. The consultant and the manager keep close contact to discuss details of deliverables to attend the needs of stakeholders and for the smooth delivery of the overall project. The timing and duration of each workshop is yet to be determined, though the tentative idea is to have a 1-2 day workshop for each by the end of March 2025 in New Delhi (subject to change), India, with a hybrid mode if needed.
