Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The ILO is seeking an External Collaborator to review, refine and develop six evidence-informed and operational Employment Support Pathways (ESPs) and corresponding Minimum Service and Programme Delivery Standards (MSPDS) under the EU4People – Employment Programme in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The assignment will include the review and refinement of existing ESPs for youth, women in rural areas and persons with disabilities, and the development of dedicated ESPs for young NEETs aged 25–29, young people leaving alternative care and working-age social assistance beneficiaries. The work will draw on implementation experience, beneficiary-level evidence and relevant ILO analytical work, with a focus on individualized and inclusive employment support. The External Collaborator will work closely with the ILO project team and participate in two technical validation workshops. The final ESPs and MSPDS will form a technical basis for implementation through the EU4People grant support scheme. If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform. Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline. Thank you.
