WFP will require risk information and analysis services on conflict, political, security and economic events/developments in more than 80 countries of the world with WFP operations, WFP oversight countries as well as global or regional geopolitical and economic developments which may impact WFP operations, with a focus on geographical areas relevant to WFP operations (Africa, the Middle East, Asia and Pacific, Latin America and the Caribbean), which include, amongst others, forward-looking projections in the short-, medium- and long-term, and with relevance to humanitarian operations, as further described under paragraph 5 below (the “Services”). WFP requires that Bidders submit their proposals clearly indicating their service and geographical expertise. If Services are not available on a certain country, Bidders should clearly indicate that the entire or part of the Services are unavailable on such a country. WFP reserves the right to split the award of this contract among several Bidders based on their service and geographical expertise. WFP is looking for Bidders that can provide one or more Services, as indicated below and for each an inclusive but not exhaustive list of “sub-services” or areas to be covered is also provided. WFP invites eligible suppliers to express their interest in providing the requested Risk Information and Analysis Services.
