1. The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) has a requirement to establish a Long Term Agreement (LTA) for the Provision of Maintenance, Repair, and Supply of Spare Parts for the UNIFIL Weigh Bridge, including upgrade of its computer software 2. The contract initial duration shall be one (1) year from the date of its signature, with an option of four (4) – one year extensions (1+1+1+1), upon satisfactory performance of the contractor, continuing requirement of UNIFIL and availability of funds. The maximum contract duration shall be five (5) (1+1+1+1+1) years. 3. UNIFIL will undertake a competitive solicitation exercise shortly and consider inviting those companies have expressed their interest and provided initial relevant information as to their ability to fulfill UNIFIL’s requirement. 4. Please note, this is not an invitation for submission of a price proposal. To be eligible to participate in the solicitations exercise, vendors are mandatorily required to be registered at Basic Level in the UNGM at www.ungm.org.
