The United Nations is planning to invite competitive tenders for Long-term Supply of Fuel and Related Services in Support of the United Nations Verification Mission in Columbia (UNVMC). Description of Requirements: (i) Provision of Jet A-1 and Diesel across the Colombian territory; (ii) Delivery of bulk fuels to dedicated UN positions (UN camps); (iii) Provision of into-plane, into-vehicle and into-UN-tank services; (iv) Quality assurance and quality control service; and (v) Environmental controls. The Statement of Requirement and related schedules will be organized in two parts, Part one (1) sets out the Ground Fuel supply service requirements; Part (2) sets out the Aviation Fuel supply service requirements of the Mission. The contract will be for an initial period of two years, with three optional one-year extensions (2+1+1+1). It is envisaged that separate or combined agreements may be awarded for the following options: (i) Option 1: Provision of Ground Fuel & Associated Services throughout the Mission’s Area of Responsibility (ii) Option 2: Provision of Aviation Fuel & Associated Services throughout the Mission’s Area of Responsibility (iii) Option 3: Provision of Aviation Fuel & Ground Fuel and Associated Services, throughout the Mission’s Area of Responsibility.
