1.  Purpose: 1.1 The purpose of this RFPS is to solicit proposals for Office Network Structured Cabling (Passive Components) at UNICEF Yangon Office as per the Terms of Reference attached as Annex B. 2. Submission Deadline and Proposal opening: 2.1 The deadline for submission of proposals is as follows: 17 February 2026, 15:00 hr. (Myanmar Time). Emailed bids must be sent exclusively to [email protected] in a non-editable format (viz. PDF), clearly marked with the tender number LRPS-2026-9202271 in the subject line and emailed to arrive NO LATER than 17 February 2026, 15:00 hr. (Myanmar Time). No other recipient should be "Cc" or "Bcc" in the e-mail submission. Bids should not be sent to any Procurement Staff who signed the RFP or any other UNICEF employee as it will be invalidated.  Bidders are advised to ensure that submissions are made well in advance before the closing time.  Late bids and those bids which do not comply with the bidding instructions will not be accepted. Bids received in any other manner will be INVALIDATED. 2.2 Supplier will submit two separate proposals via E-mail to [email protected] in the following manner: Email-1: Technical Proposal file clearly named as "Agency Name - Technical ProposalLRPS-2026-9202271" The technical proposal submission shall include: - Signed the Request for Proposal for Services Form  (Pages 3-5 of this document) - The technical proposal prepared by the Proposer - The Supplier Profile Form (Annex C) - The Institutional Vendor Template (Annex D) Email-2: Financial Proposal file clearly named as "Agency Name - Financial ProposalLRPS-2026-9202271" 3. Pre-bid Conference & site survey  3.1 A pre-bid conference & site survey is scheduled at 10:30 hr. Myanmar Time on 3 February 2026. Interested Proposers shall express their interest via email to Ye Htut  and Ayako Okamura no later than noon Myanmar Time on 2 February 2026. In-person participation in the pre-bid conference and the site survey is mandatory for participating in this RFPS. +++++
