RFQ Design and layout of the Arabic Digitalize Job Search Club Manual 3.1. Purpose The overall objective of the assignment is to proofread and creatively design, conduct the layout work and provide the open-source versions (both web and print versions) of the Digital Adaptations of the Job Search Club manual in one language in Arabic, following ILO branding as well as current ILO publication guidelines and standards. 3.2. Scope of work The main task of the service provider will be 1) to proofread and 2) develop the layout and design for the ILO manuals and to present/describe all the data and achievements of the manuals in such a way that the external audience can easily understand and draw lessons from the manuals. 3) Furthermore, the service provider will make the manuals as much as possible self-explanatory through different creative methods using character development, graphics, illustrations, and pictorials. 3.2. Assignment deliverables and key activities N. Deliverable Key activities 1 The selected service provider needs to deliver the final designs of both the InDesign (open source) and PDF versions (print and web) of the layout of the Digitalize Job search club manual in Arabic language. • Proofread the Digital Adaptations of the Job Search Club manual in Arabic • Develop documents specific layout and graphic design mock-up to be used in the designing and layout of the Digitalize Job search club manual and guideline documents for ILO staff to review • Propose innovative ideas and present the layout idea to ILO, discuss the proposed layout, and incorporate feedback • Design and layout of the manual based on the agreed mock-up
