Country: Mongolia   Description of the assignment:  UNDP is looking for a national institution for the assignment: RFQ/2025/002 - Supply of equipment & oat seeds for pasture rotation implementation.The “Improving Adaptive Capacity and Risk Management of Rural Communities in Mongolia’’ (ADAPT) project funded by the Green Climate Fund was launched in March 2021. The project is being implemented by the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change, the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry, and the United Nations Development Programme for 7 years in 4 project aimags including Dornod, Sukhbaatar, Zavkhan, and Khovd aimags. The objective of the assignment is to apply best practices through cultivation of green fodder (oat seeds) on the manure of herder households’ winter and spring camps, fencing and fertilizing the manure areas, and provision of training on fodder and silage preparation in the 4 aimags. The contracted entity will provide: 1) 4-stroke power tiller soil cultivators 2) Oat seeds 3) Fencing 4) Provide training on pasture rotation measures and equipment use & ReportPartial quotation:Partial offer/quotation may be submitted for each line or both lines listed below.
