1. Background 1.1. UNICEF promotes the rights and wellbeing of every child, in everything we do. Solicitation 2.1 The purpose of this Request for Proposals for Services (“RFPS”) is to invite proposals for national market and sector potential assessment for renewable energy implementation ( incl. sites feasibility assessments), as fully detailed in the Terms of Reference attached as Annex B.
