REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (REOI) UNFPA invites interested and eligible suppliers to this Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) to identify qualified consulting firms with expertise in outcome-based financing, blended finance, and global health. The shortlisted firms will be invited to participate in a forthcoming formal solicitation process for the development of an investment-ready business case and feasibility assessment for a Maternal Mortality and Female Cancers (breast and cervical) Outcome-Based Financing Model. UNFPA is using Quantum, an ERP platform based on Oracle Cloud, which supports the United Nations procurement processes.
