All pages of the proposals (price proposals, technical proposals, mandatory checklist) should be signed by the authorized representative of the supplier. *Bid form in the ITB document (pages 3,4,5) shall be filled in, duly signed and stamped with date, and sent with the proposals. *Please see the technical specifications of EACH LOT (from LOT-1 to LOT-10) under respective Annex listed above. *Please submit your price proposals both in Excel and as signed and stamped PDF with date.
