WIPO is conducting a competitive solicitation process to select a provider for its Multimedia Broadcast Studio refit project. WIPO hereby invites your firm to submit a proposal in response to Request for Proposals (RFP) No. NMD-25-01775-RFP. The selected company will be awarded the: a) System Integrator mandate for the studio renovation; b) Equipment rental for 5 years; c) Maintenance over those 5-years of the new equipment to be provided under this RFP; d) Maintenance over a 5-years period of the legacy equipment reused in the scope of this project; and, e) Provision of any future audiovisual broadcast equipment supply or integration project during those 5 years.
