The United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invite qualified companies to submit sealed tenders as follows: As the UNESCO in Ukraine, as part of the project documentation to implement urgent interventions, preventive conservation, stabilization and consolidation works to reactivate essential functions of built heritage and cultural institutions at-risk and critically affected by the war across Ukraine, will supports enhancement of urgent protective measures for Odesa historic and cultural property due to damage occurred on 20 and 23 July 2023, by conducting urgent repairment works at the retaining walls of the House of Scientists in Odesa (Ukraine). Under the direct supervision of the UNESCO Kyiv Desk in Ukraine the contractor shall perform the following works: Repairment and dismantling works for the first retaining wall (along Viiskovyi Uzvis Str.) Repairment dismantling works for the first retaining wall (along the Sabanieiev Bridge side) Repairment and construction works for the second retaining wall (in the inner garden of House of Scientists) Repairment and construction works of the third retaining wall (adjacent to the neighboring site which is located to the north of the House of Scientists) Debris removal Duration of the contract: estimate 3 months, at latest until 14 March 2025.
