Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. The work involves the development and certification of a pool of qualified business coaches and mentors. These professionals will be responsible for delivering tailored coaching and mentorship to micro and small enterprises (MSMEs), with a strong emphasis on sustainable business practices, financial literacy, and establishing effective market linkages. The initiative aims to enhance business management skills and promote long-term business sustainability among MSMEs. As part of this effort, a Training of Trainers (ToT) programme will be conducted for 20 potential business coaches comprising of 12 women and 8 men delivered in person mode of training. Following the training, participants will receive ongoing mentorship and follow-up support to reinforce their learning and practical application. Additionally, coaching resource materials and participants handouts will be developed to support the delivery of high-quality mentorship. The programme will also include mechanisms to monitor and assess the impact of the training and mentorship sessions, ensuring continuous improvement and effectiveness.
