QUERIES: A prospective bidder requiring any clarification on may submit his questions via UNGM/Intend “Correspondence” not later than 3 September 2025, 23:59 hours, Cairo/Egypt time. SUBMISSION OF OFFERS: The Technical and Financial proposal must be submitted in the attached Annexes as an excel sheet and in PDF format. Bids with a different pricing format may be rejected. Offers are accepted in US Dollars, or any other United Nations UN convertible currency will be acceptable. Offers must comply with the requirements stated in the attached Invitation to Bid (ITB). All requirements should be completed as per the annexes. Validity period of the offer, not less than 180 days. 6. The bidder should have at least 3 years of similar experience. 7. Evaluation criteria are based on technical compliant, lowest offer and stock availability.
